Mexican Cheese Dip
Mexican Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 pound processed cheese
8 ounces salsa
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Directions:
Cube cheese and place in stoneware.
Cover with a paper towel.
Cook for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Stir in salsa and seasoning, cover with paper towel and place back in microwave oven for 1 more minute or until heated through completely.
Place the stoneware in the heating base and serve with taco chips or corn chips.
