Hot Crab Dip

• 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
• 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
• 4 ounces lump crabmeat
• 1/3 envelope dry onion soup mix
• dash Worcestershire sauce
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• salt to taste
• fresh chives, minced, for garnish

• Combine the cream cheese and whipping cream in the stoneware.
• Cover with a paper towel and microwave until the cheese is melted, about 1-2 minutes
• Add the parmesan cheese, crabmeat, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic; stir thoroughly.
• Cover and cook in microwave for an additional minute or until it starts to simmer, stirring often.
• Stir in lemon juice and salt to taste.
• Garnish with minced chives and place stoneware in heating base.
• Serve with thinly sliced, toasted baguette roundsor pita chips.
