Mexican Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients:
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Add cream and brown sugar to a small saucepan set over medium to medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved completely.
Remove pan from heat and add the chocolate, stir with a spatula until the chocolate is completely melted.
Stir in butter and cinnamon until sauce is very smooth.
Pour into stoneware and place in the heating base.
Serve with strawberries, sliced bananas, brownies or cookies.
